How To Make The Perfect Yorkshire Pudding
Here are some tips and tricks to help you make the perfect puddings at home. You will find the full instructions for the Yorkshire pudding recipe at the bottom of the post.
The trick to making the perfect Yorkshire pudding is to get the oil really hot before you add the batter. Warming the oil up in the oven before you add the batter means that your pudding will start cooking as soon as it hits the oil.
You will want to get you puddings back into the oven as quickly as possible once the batter hits the oil. At this stage, you will want to work swiftly but carefully as the oil will be hot and you don’t want to risk burns!

Once the puddings return to the oven, avoid opening the door until they are fully cooked. Once you open the door the Yorkshire puddings will deflate, so the longer you can leave them to rise, the better!
